Well let me say the 2 toddlers had a ball! Running, jumping, sliding and even playing the games or at least trying. It's been at least 15 years since I've even been to a Chuck E. Cheese! And boy has it changed. No tokens, a card to pay and play and redeem your tickets. I guess the business format has changed, cause everything costs. Some areas in the past were included in the visit. Not any more. There was no reasonable daily deal and I downloaded the app. Anyway, the kids had a great time and so did some adults.

I went to have my daughter’s 4th birthday for the first time here and she had so much fun!!!! The decorations were so nice the whole experience was amazing! The party host was so nice and handled EVERYTHING for me so I could enjoy the party. She was always there to answer any questions I had and even offered to help bring presents to the car! Best experience I ever had when it came to a birthday party! I would recommend this place to have any kids party here! If I could give them 1,000 stars I would they deserved it! I am for sure coming back!

The staff is kind and helpful. The animatronics are amazing and well cared for. All the games work as expected and the restaurant is clean even after multiple kids’ parties. The food was good with a very minimal wait time. Chuck even came back out at the end of our visit when my son asked for him and we were not at a party. I couldn’t want more!

Amazing service and it was so awesome how my son was included even though we hadn't booked a party. We drove all the way from Texas just to see the animatronics and we were not disappointed. They seemed really well maintained although for their age i completely expected wear and tear. When Chuck e came out for the other birthday parties my son was invited by staff to be included in pictures and such which made his special day even better and the food was better here than any location we've visited in Texas. All in all this is an amazing location whether you're going for the animatronics or not.

We are gold members so we spend about 3 hrs having tons of fun. I miss the salad bar and the stage Curtains that open and close. Made it more fun. The coin games are all gone except 1. They took out a lot of the little kids rides. But we still had fun
